1. GeneralThis accommodation is part of a private residence in the center of Amsterdam. We kindly ask all guests to treat the home with care and respect.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
   
   • Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)
   • Check-out: Before 11:00 (11:00 AM)Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon request and subject to availability.
3. Guest Rules
   
   • Maximum number of guests: 3
   • Minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
   • Pets: Not allowed
   • Smoking: Strictly prohibited, including near windows or in the stairwell
   • Parties or events: Not allowed
   • Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted in the property
   • Note: Stairs are unavoidable — the accommodation is not suitable for those with mobility issues
   • Noise: The house is located in a lively neighborhood — some noise may be expected
4. Safety
   
   • A smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are installed for your safety
   • Please read the safety instructions upon arrival and take note of emergency exits
5. Cancellation Policy
   
   • Up to 5 days before arrival: Full refund of the accommodation fee
   • Between 5 days and 24 hours before arrival: 50% refund of the accommodation fee (no refund for the first night or service fees)
   • Less than 24 hours before arrival or no-show: No refundWe strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes or cancellations.
6. Liability
   
   • Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay
   • The owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury
7. Privacy
   
   • Guest information is used solely for booking and communication purposes, in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
8. Governing Law
   
   • These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law
